              Our Galvanizing Process

1. Degreasing

The process begins with degreasing, where the steel components are cleaned to remove oil, grease, dirt, and other surface contaminants.

2. Pickling (Acid Cleaning)

After degreasing, the material is immersed in an acid bath, typically hydrochloric acid. This stage removes rust, mill scale, and oxide layers that may interfere with the galvanizing process.

3. Rinsing

Following the chemical cleaning stages, the components are thoroughly rinsed with water to remove any remaining chemical residues

4. Fluxing

The material is then dipped in a flux solution, generally composed of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride.

5. Drying

Before entering the galvanizing kettle, the components are properly dried.

6. Hot-Dip Galvanizing

The prepared steel is immersed in molten zinc at temperatures typically ranging between 440°C and 460°C. After removal from the zinc bath, the galvanized material is cooled and allowed to solidify.
